Hand Crafted Beer

Our taps and beer are constantly changing, sometimes seasonal and sometimes we just tweak it to make it better. Below is a list of the beers we usually have on tap. If you want to make sure we have one, send us an email or Facebook message and we'll let you know.

Dirty Blonde Ale (SMASH: Pale malt, Willamette hops) ABV 4.4% IBU 17– Single malt and single hop. Our simplest beer very easy to drink with a bready taste on the palate with very little bitterness. More flavorful than the Peak Lite.

Peak Lite (Cream Ale: Corn Adjunct, EKG hops) ABV 4.4% IBU 21– Our lightest beer with a corn flavor most comparable to American light lagers, a perfect beginner craft beer.

Keller Hefeweizen (Traditional German style) ABV 4.8% IBU 17– Prominent banana and clove esters from the yeast, hazy in apperance from wheat malt, medium bodied and very drinkable.

Twisted Windmill IPA (American Imperial IPA) ABV 8% IBU 95– Our biggest beer! Melon, citrus, and tropical hop profile. Malt sweetness balanced by the ridiculous amount of hops. Restrained bitterness is the focal point, while maintaining tons of aroma and flavor. If you are a hop head, this is your beer!

575 Scotsman (Scottish Light Ale) ABV 6.7% IBU 19 – Roasted Barley adds a nice chocolate touch to this Scottish Ale, with a sweeter malty note coming from this beer with little to no hop profile, the yeast gives this beer a different profile (malty) from the rest of the selection.

Green Chile Amber Ale (Classic Amber Ale meets a mellow green chile flavor) ABV 6.2% IBU 56– Amber in color, firm bitterness with subdued hop aroma that lets the green chile aroma and flavor take the lead.

Smooth and Stout (Only available on nitro pour-ie Cascading head) ABV 5.5% IBU 20– Jet black color, very roasty with chocolate notes, creamy mouthfeel and rich body.

Peanut Butter Stout (Our smooth Stout with peanut butter and lactose) ABV 5.5% IBU 20– Our smooth and stout recipe with added peanut butter powder, the peanut butter taste can be slight to some and strong to others. The lactose gives this beer a fuller body and a slightly sweeter taste. This is generally served with smooth and stout as the head. This contains nuts and Lactose.

Black Panther IPA (Black IPA with chocolate notes) ABV 7% IBU 77– The black IPA does not have as much hop bitterness or aromatics as other IPA's that we serve. It does have a mild hop bitterness that gives way to the more focused chocolate and roasty notes that one would expect in a porter or stout.

I Heart Porter (American Chocolate Porter) ABV 6% IBU 40 – A robust American porter specially crafted for Valentine’s Day Holiday. Chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate malt make this a great dinner pairing beer.

Roses are Red Ale (American Red Ale) ABV 6.9% IBU 42– Do you love hops and malt? Don't worry we got you covered on both. A luscious red colored ale, reminiscent of an IPA but with the mal backbone of an amber ale. Mosaic and simcoe hops are up front bringing up citrus and pine with a definite bready and dark caramel complexity in the finish.

Black Pearl Lager (Black Lager - Schwarzbier) ABV 5.4% IBU 26– This dark lager has a light mouthfeel with hints of roasted malt. Magnum and Saaz hops play a role in this traditional Schwarzbier. A low bitterness and low ABV keeps this beer easy drinking throughout the night. Pairs deliciously with chocolatey desserts and red meat.
