Traditional house made Caesar dressing on romaine with Parmesan and croutons

Berries, pecans, jicama, carrots and goat cheese on salad greens with raspberry vinaigrette

Build your Burger
Toasted bun, beef patty , spinach, tomato, onion and stack it on with the following options
Cheese, bacon, green chile, mushrooms, peppers, egg, avocado and sauces.

Veggie Burger  
Vegan black bean patty made with peppers, red onion, red potatoes seasoned to perfection on a toasted bun with spinach, tomato, onion, and Dijon. Pepper jack cheese is optional.

Turkey Caprese Sandwich  
Hand carved oven roasted turkey grilled with tomato melted fresh mozzarella and fresh basil pesto on ciabatta

Sriracha Chicken Sandwich
Sliced and grilled chicken, candied bacon, Swiss cheese, avocado, spinach, tomato, onion, aioli and of course Sriracha.

Spicy Fresh Vegan Wrap
Avocado cucumber relish with spinach, tomato and Dijon wrapped with a spinach tortilla

Caesar Chicken Wrap
House made Caesar dressing tossed together with romaine, parmesan, and grilled chicken in a spinach wrap.

Thinly sliced steak Sautéed with onions in a hoagie and served with Au Jus.

Grilled salmon, bacon, spinach, tomato and avocado with aioli on toasted wheat bread.

BLT
Thick sliced bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato on toasted wheat bread.

Crsipy beer battered cod served with spinach aioli dip and beer battered fries

Italian Vegetable Ragout
Sautéed mushrooms, peppers, carrot, squash, red onion, tomato and spinach in an Italian Demi glaze topped with fresh mozzarella and served on Italian seasoned quinoa.

Veggie Spaghetti
Sautéed squash, zucchini, red onion, peppers and mushrooms simmered in our house made marinara on spaghetti topped with parmesan and fresh mozzarella. Add chicken or beef!

Simple Perfection 12oz Rib Eye
Season and grilled to perfection. Garlic and chive mashed potatoes and veggies de jour.

Not your Mamas Meat Loaf
Grass fed New Mexico Beef seasoned and blended with carrots, celery, onions and garlic slowly cooked and topped with homemade white gravy and crispy hay steak onions served with garlic chive mashed potatoes and veggies de jour.

Chicken Marsala
Chicken Breast medallions sautéed with mushrooms, garlic, shallots and glazed with a chicken reduction served with rice pilaf and veggie de jour.

Chicken Piccata
Sliced chicken breast in a lemon caper and garlic demi-glaze served with rice pilaf and veggie de jour.

Stout Glazed Salmon
Sautéed Salmon fillet in a sweet stout drizzled with a spicy citrus glaze 
served over black bean and corn quinoa veggie de jour.

Mama Luz Red Chili Ribs
NM red chili rub on slow cooked babyback ribs the way mama made them!
